These terms apply to the Jasper Solar Refer & Earn programme, run by Jasper Solar Solutions, Jasper Building, Anad, Bank Junction, Nedumangad, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695541 ("Jasper Solar", "we", "us"). By submitting a referral, you agree to them.
1. Definitions
- Referrer: the person who submits a referral.
- Referred customer: the friend, relative or contact whose details the referrer submits.
- Successful referral: a referral that meets every condition in section 4.
- Referral bonus: the ₹5,000 reward paid to the referrer for a successful referral.
2. Who can refer
Anyone aged 18 or over can be a referrer, including existing Jasper Solar customers. Jasper Solar employees, and our dealers and channel partners, are not eligible for referral bonuses.
3. How to refer
Submit your friend's name, phone number and city or PIN code through the form on the Refer & Earn page, or give the same details to our team by phone or WhatsApp on 96055 25552. Include your own name and phone number so we can match the referral to you.
Sharing our link on WhatsApp is welcome, but a referral is only recorded once we receive your friend's details from you.
4. What counts as a successful referral
A referral is successful only when all of these are true:
- The referred customer is new to Jasper Solar: not already a customer, and not already in touch with us about solar before your referral reached us.
- We receive the referral before the referred customer contacts us themselves.
- The referred customer buys a rooftop solar system from Jasper Solar under a signed agreement.
- The system is installed and the referred customer has paid for it in full.
If the same person is referred by more than one referrer, the first referral we receive counts, based on our records of when each referral arrived.
5. Referral bonus
- You earn a one-time bonus of ₹5,000 for each successful referral, whatever the size of the system.
- There is no limit on how many friends you can refer.
- The bonus is paid only to the referrer named on the referral. It cannot be transferred, exchanged for a discount, or combined with another referral offer for the same customer.
- The bonus is a reward for the referral. It is not linked to any later purchase, upgrade or service by the referred customer.
6. How the bonus is paid
Once the referred customer's system is installed and fully paid for, we will contact you to collect your bank account or UPI details and pay the bonus by bank transfer or UPI. We do not pay referral bonuses in cash.
The referral stays valid while the referred customer's project is in progress. If installation is delayed for reasons outside our control, the bonus is paid once the conditions in section 4 are met.
7. Tax
We may ask for your PAN before paying the bonus. Where tax law requires it, we deduct tax at source and pay you the balance. You are responsible for any tax on the bonus you receive.
8. When no bonus is paid
- Referring yourself, your own home or business, or a member of your household.
- Orders that are cancelled, or not paid for in full.
- Referrals with incorrect or incomplete contact details.
- Referrals made through spam, bulk messages, misleading claims about Jasper Solar, or contact details used without the person's permission.
- Any referral we reasonably believe is fraudulent or made to misuse the programme.
9. Your friend's details and consent
By submitting a referral, you confirm that your friend has agreed to be contacted by Jasper Solar. We use their details only to contact them about rooftop solar, and handle them as described in our Privacy Policy. If your friend asks us not to contact them, we will stop.
10. Our decision
We check every referral against our records. Our decision on whether a referral is successful is final, and we will explain it to you if you ask.
11. Changes to the programme
We may change or end the Refer & Earn programme, or these terms, at any time, and will show the new date at the top of this page. Referrals we received before a change are honoured under the terms in force when they were submitted.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute.
