What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through our quote and consultation forms:
- Your name and WhatsApp or phone number
- Your PIN code or location, and the area page you enquired from
- Your approximate monthly electricity bill and the type of system you are interested in
- For businesses and housing societies, the business or society name
If you message us on WhatsApp, call or email us, we receive the details you share in that conversation.
Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other websites.
Why we use it
- To contact you about your enquiry, visit your site, prepare a design and quote, and install and service your system
- To apply for the PM Surya Ghar subsidy and KSEB net metering on your behalf, if you become our customer
- To keep records required by law and by government subsidy schemes
We use your information on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form, and to provide the service you ask for. We never sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers our website form submissions to our email inbox.
- Hostinger hosts this website and keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security.
- Google Fonts provides the website's font, so your browser connects to Google's servers when pages load.
- KSEB, MNRE and the PM Surya Ghar portal receive the details needed for net metering and subsidy applications, only if you become our customer.
- WhatsApp, if you choose to contact us there.
We may also disclose information when required by law.
Installation photos
Photos of completed installations on this website are shared with the customer's permission. We remove addresses and GPS coordinates before publishing. If you appear in a photo and want it removed, email us and we will remove it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to two years if you do not become a customer. For customers, we keep project, warranty and subsidy records for as long as the warranty lasts and as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct or update it
- Delete it, unless we must keep it by law
- Stop contacting you; you can withdraw your consent at any time
